A 34-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with a bogus workman fraud in a Perthshire village.
The man is alleged to have entered the home of a woman in her 70s in Stanley and obtained money from her for gardening work which was not carried out.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: “There is a possibility that there may have been other incidents of this type in the village which we have not yet been informed of.
“If you have any information about any further incidents like this, please call 101 and let us know.”
