Two men have been arrested in connection with a series of raids on caravans at a Perthshire holiday park.
Five mobile homes were targeted at the Aberfeldy resort last month. Rear windows were smashed and items including medication and electrical goods were taken.
It prompted Police Scotland to step up patrols around the area.
A force spokesman confirmed on Wednesday morning that two men, aged 33 and 32, had been arrested and charged in connection with the break-ins.
They have also been charged in connection with break-ins to two sheds in Aberfeldy and the theft of a bike, all in January.
“They will appear at Perth Sheriff Court at a later date,” the spokesman said.
The caravan raids were condemned by local councillors Mike Williamson and John Duff, who urged others to stay vigilant.
It is understood thousands of pounds worth of damage was caused to the caravans.
The break-ins follow a separate spate of vandalism in other parts of the town throughout April.
Residents reported tags and slogans spray-painted across the tennis and cricket club in Taybridge Terrace and on information boards at the Birks of Aberfeldy.
