Perth wellbeing groups have joined forces to create a hub for people to address their wellbeing.
Scotland All-Strong, alongside mental health groups including Linda’s Ladies, is also due to launch an app.
Linda’s Ladies, run by Linda Fisken, secured new premises at Scotland All-Strong due to an increase in membership during lockdown.
The app – which seeks to aid people in their wellbeing – came after Scotland All-Strong secured £10,000 in lottery funding.
It will allow users to access resources such as guided relaxation, podcasts and yoga.
Andy Douglas, a director at the organisation, said: “The app will be a platform to benefit mental wellbeing.
“There will be tips on how to get started on different things, such as writing. It will help people lift each other up in use of these things.”
Linda’s Ladies’ growth means its new home at Scotland All-Strong can accommodate more members.
