A motorist has been reported to the procurator fiscal after allegedly driving at 100mph on the M90.
The 20-year-old was stopped at around 9.10pm on June 30 at junction 5 on the Inverkeithing to Perth road.
A spokesman for Police Scotland said: “Officers were conducting static speed checks when they detected a black Ford Fiesta travelling at 100mph.
“The vehicle was stopped and the 20-year-old male driver was charged and reported to Procurator Fiscal.”
