Cannabis worth £3,000 has been seized following a raid on a property in Perthshire.
Police carried out a search warrant at the house in the town’s Dunkeld Place on Saturday.
They also found £1,400 in cash.
A man and a woman, both aged 27, have been charged with alleged drug offences and are due to appear at Perth Sheriff Court at a later date.
Sergeant Scott Carswell, of Dundee West Bell Street Police Office, said: “This seizure was an intelligence-led operation and sends out a clear message to those involved in such behaviour that we will not tolerate it within our communities.
“We are committed to building our intelligence on drug-related issues and I would urge anyone with information about such activities to report what they know to the police – no matter how small they think it is. It may be the final piece we need to complete a bigger picture.”
