Three more Perthshire libraries will reopen this weekend.
Culture Perth and Kinross has announced services at Breadalbane Community Campus in Aberfeldy, Loch Leven Community Campus in Kinross, and Strathearn Community Campus in Crieff will be available for borrowing and returning books.
It follows the successful reopening of Perth’s AK Bell Library and Blairgowrie Library.
Chief Executive of Culture Perth and Kinross Helen Smout said: “Our staff have been working with schools to ensure services reopen in a way which ensures safe use for school pupils and the public.”
Readers can visit from 9.30am – 1pm and 2pm – 4.30pm every Saturday and Sunday.
The lunchtime closure will enable staff members to clean the premises.
Further precautions will include limited visitors at any one time, social distancing guidance, and the introduction of hand sanitising units.
Visitors will be required to wear masks and track and trace will be in force.
All returned books will be quarantined for 72 hours before being placed back on the shelves.
