Police have launched an appeal after thieves stole three mountain bikes worth thousands of pounds from a property in Perth.
Thieves targeted the address on Muircroft Drive in the Fair City overnight between Monday and Tuesday.
The high-value stolen bicycles are a Santa Cruz Tall Boy mountain bike, red and grey in colour with pink handlebar grips and an Orbea Alma mountain bike which is black and grey with a custom seat.
The third bike was found and recovered a short distance away.
Officers believe that there is “a very good chance” the expensive bikes will be sold in the area or online and would like to hear from anyone who may have been offered one.
A Tayside Police spokesperson said: “If you have any information that could assist our investigation, please call 101 or speak with any police officer.
“Also, information can be given anonymously through CrimeStoppers on 0800 555 111. Our reference is incident 0501 of 8th September.”
