The MAD (Make A Difference) group have been tackling fly tipping in Coupar Angus. The squad led by Joe Richards cleaned up roofing tiles dumped on waste ground and erected barriers to prevent it happening again. The volunteers are part of Forward Coupar Angus and have taken on a number of projects to enhance the town.
