A public consultation on plans for a new community pharmacy in Perth has begun.
NHS Tayside is in talks with medical supplier CM Healthcare, which wants to site the venture at Unit 6, Bertha Park, Millais Mews.
SNP councillor for the Strathtay ward, Grant Laing said he was supportive of the idea and urged people to have their say.
“To me, it seems like a good idea and I would encourage everyone who may be affected to take part in the consultation”, he said.
“If people don’t take part, it might not happen. And as the area grows, the pharmacy would be of benefit.”
