Volunteers from Beautiful Perth welcomed 70 young members of the 10th Perthshire Cub Scouts to their litter pick on the South Inch.
Together with their leaders and helpers, the Cubs gathered 10 bin bags full of carelessly discarded rubbish from the park.
Beautiful Perth volunteer Monica Straughan said: “We were very impressed by the Cubs’ energy and enthusiasm and by their knowledge about why dropping litter is such an anti-social and dangerous thing to do.”
