Police have uncovered around £25,000 worth of illegal drugs at a property in Perth.
At around 11.20am on Tuesday morning, officers carried out a search of a building in Feus Road.
Within the property, a cannabis cultivation with an estimated street value of £20,000 was recovered.
Police also found herbal cannabis with an estimated street value of £5,500.
Constable Matthew Bull from Perth Police Station said: “Inquiries are ongoing to identify and trace the person or persons involved in this drugs activity and I would appeal to anyone with information that could assist officers to get in touch.
“Drugs have absolutely no place in our community and officers are working every day to gather intelligence and target offenders.
