A three-car collision disrupted morning traffic on the A90 Perth to Dundee road.
The incident happened on the northbound carriageway at 8.40am between Kinfauns and St Madoes on Monday.
There were no serious injuries.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said a red Ford Fiesta, a blue Toyota Yaris and a grey Hyundai were all involved in the collision.
A motorist said there were long tailbacks northbound due to the incident.
