Two people have been arrested following an early morning disturbance at a Perth city centre hotel which left a man hospitalised with facial injuries.
A 27-year-old man and 27-year-old woman have been arrested in connection with the incident which occurred at New County Hotel around 7.30am on Tuesday morning.
Officers rushed to the scene amid reports of a disturbance at the hotel involving a number of people.
A 29-year-old man was hospitalised with facial injuries in the aftermath of the disturbance as officers launched an investigation.
A police spokesperson said : “Two people, a 27-year-old man and a 27-year-old woman have been arrested in connection with a disturbance at a hotel in County Place, Perth which happened around 7.30am on Tuesday November 17.
“Enquires remain ongoing.”
