The Friends of The Black Watch Castle and Museum’s annual cocktail party was held at Balhousie Castle in Perth.
Guests were piped into the event by Alistair Duthie, Pipe Major of Perth and District Pipe Band, the official piper for Perth and Kinross Council.
Among those attending were Lieutenant General Sir Alistair Irwin KBC CBE, president of the friends, members of The Black Watch Association, serving officers for The Royal Regiment of Scotland and members of The Friends of the Museum who do so much to support the ongoing work at the castle and museum
