Perth-based housebuilder A&J Stephen has been commended at the prestigious Homes for Scotland Awards.
The company, which is working on a major expansion plan at Scone, was shortlisted in the private development of the year category for its Chapelton project, near Aberdeen.
John Stephen, managing director of the family firm said: “The teams involved have taken great care to deliver on the design philosophy of what is fast becoming one of the most sought-after communities.”
