Culture Perth has given a sneak peek of the Weeping Windows poppy installation, which is due to be officially opened on Wednesday.
The arts body posted the “breathtaking” images to Twitter.
They show a cascade of ceramic poppies falling from an upper storey window at the Black Watch Castle and Museum.
Artist Paul Cummins and designer Tom Piper will be the first to view the iconic poppy installation when it officially opens.
The poppy installation Blood Swept Lands and Seas of Red was created to mark the centenary of the First World War and was originally displayed at the Tower of London in 2014.
14-18 NOW is touring two sculptures from the installation until 2018, giving people across the UK the chance to experience the impact of the ceramic poppy sculptures in a range of places of particular First World War resonance.
