The A93 has been closed following a two-car accident at Old Scone.
Police were called to the scene at 4.45pm.
One of the vehicles involved is an “old-style” Jeep which is lying on its side.
It is understood that a man managed to escape from the overturned Jeep with a hand injury.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service were asked to attend by the Scottish Ambulance Service at 4.50pm.
