Police are keen to track down a topless man in turquoise shorts who behaved in an “inappropriate manner” in front of two boys in Perth.
The incident took place around 2.30pm on Monday at Dunkeld Road, near to the junction of Florence Place.
A Police Scotland spokesman said: “The man was seen to act inappropriately as two young boys aged around 10 or 11 years walked by. The boys did not acknowledge the man and continued on their way.
“The man is described as being about five feet six inches tall, aged around mid-50s, with dark facial hair (stubble) and a heavy build. He had no top on and was wearing turquoise patterned shorts.
“The man had a strap over his chest area, possible from carrying a bag and was also wearing a light coloured baseball cap.”
Officers are keen to speak to the boys or any motorists who were passing by at this time.
