A residential Perth street has flooded after heavy rainfall hit the area on Monday.
Water built up on Cromlix Road, with some locals claiming said the problem was recurring, happening every time it rains, and due to blocked drains.
One woman, who did not want to be identified, said she had been left trapped in her home.
She said: “For the last few weeks it’s been like this every time it rains. I’ve got cabin fever.
“It’s the drains. The smell was really bad earlier – I could smell it in the house.”
She added that she was concerned that cars hitting the puddle at speed could end up having an accident.
She said: “Because there’s a van parked before it, drivers can’t really see it when they come round the bend.”
