Two people have been taken to hospital following a two-car crash on the A9.
Emergency services rushed to the scene at Dunkeld after the Kia Sedona and a Honda HRV collided shortly after 3pm.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service said they had been called to cut one person free from a vehicle.
The road was blocked for several hours with traffic diverted.
A spokesman for Police Scotland said two people – understood to be the drivers of the vehicles – were taken to Ninewells Hospital by ambulance.
One is described as having minor injuries which required hospital treatment, while the other has “more serious but not life-changing” injuries.
