Three fire engines and a water rescue team were called to a riverbank to rescue a stricken dog.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service attended in Luncarty shortly before 2.30pm on Wednesday.
The dog was quickly rescued and reunited with its owner.
A spokeswoman for the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service said: “We were called to rescue a dog from the water’s edge near the B9099 road at 2.27pm.
“Appliances from Perth and Dunkeld attended, along with another unit and the water rescue team.
“It was resolved quickly and the dog was left with the owner.”
