One lane of a section of the M90 was closed on Friday following a two vehicle accident.
The crash happened at Kinross between junction 5 and junction 6.
There were no injuries but the crash did cause considerable delays.
The accident happened at 4.45pm and one lane was blocked during tea-time rush hour.
An ambulance was dispatched to the scene along with police but nobody required medical assistance.
The wreckage was eventually cleared by early evening.
