Hundreds of people of all ages have been enjoying a vibrant Christmas Family Day on the streets of Perth.
A vibrant mix of stalls, live music, fine food and drink and animals proved an enticing proposal for a huge number of shoppers.
King Edward Street has been one of the biggest draws with visitors thronging to seen donkeys and reindeer, birds of prey, alpacas and birds of prey.
The event is one of a number taking place in Perth this weekend, where the AK Bell Library was the venue for a celebration of Scottish life and culture, featuring storytelling and talks.
Sunday’s highlight will be a St Andrew’s Day Parade through the city’s streets.
