An articulated lorry and a car collided on the A9 near Blair Atholl this evening, causing some traffic congestion.
The incident happened on the southbound carriageway of the road near House of Bruar at around 4.40pm.
No one was injured in the crash, though both vehicles sustained damage with the lorry partially blocking the road for some time.
A police spokesman said: “No medical attention was required for anyone involved in the crash.
“The lorry partially blocked the road. Drivers were able to swerve round it but it caused a bit of congestion.
“The incident could have been a lot worse considering the vehicles involved.”
