Firefighters were called to tackle a blaze at a Perthshire farm.
Crews from Perth were scrambled to Montague House, on the A94 near Balbeggie, just after 9am yesterday.
A faulty boiler is believed to have sparked a blaze in an outhouse, which was well ablaze when appliances arrived on the scene.
The building, which is attached to the main farmhouse, was extensively damaged. Flames also spread to the roof of the house, a fire service spokeswoman said.
Using breathing apparatus and pumps, the blaze was brought under control just after 11am. Crews stayed on the scene to dampen down the area and extinguish any hot pockets.
