Two people have been taken to hospital following a car crash in Coupar Angus.
The two-car crash happened on Wimberley Court near East of Scotland Farmers on Friday afternoon.
The extent of any injuries sustained is unknown at this stage.
Injured taken to Ninewells Hospital
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Officers were called to a report of a two car crash on Wimberley Court, Coupar Angus at 11.45am on Friday.
“Emergency services attended and the occupants of both vehicles were conveyed to Ninewells Hospital in Dundee to be checked.
“Enquiries are ongoing.”
A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: “We received a call from Police Scotland at 12.01pm to assist them with a two vehicle collision in Coupar Angus.
“We made the vehicle safe and left the incident in the hands of Police Scotland.”
