A Perth street was closed by police and ambulance staff due to a medical incident on Wednesday.
Scott Street in the city centre was closed at both ends while emergency services dealt with the situation at around noon.
Several police vehicles were on the street, alongside ambulances and paramedics.
The road re-opened at around 1.15pm.
One eyewitness said: “I was just leaving my flat to head out and I just saw this massive scene, it’s really worrying.
“This sort of thing doesn’t really happen around here so it’s frightening.
“I hope all involved are okay.”
Police respond to Scott Street incident
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around midday on Wednesday, police attended to assist ambulance colleagues dealing with a medical incident on Scott Street, Perth.
“The road, between South Street and High Street, was closed to allow agencies to deal with the incident and was reopened around 1.15 pm.”
The Scottish Ambulance Service has been contacted for comment.
