Motorists have been advised of a road closure on the A90 southbound into Invergowrie next week.
The off-slip road will be closed to traffic for a two-day period to allow the removal of an unsafe tree.
Amey, on behalf of Transport Scotland, will be carrying out the removal of the tree from midnight on Tuesday November 15 until 4pm on Thursday November 17.
Southbound traffic will be diverted left from Swallow Roundabout on the A90 along Riverside Avenue for approximately half a mile, before turning right into the village’s Main Street.
Vehicles can then follow through to the south end of Invergowrie where the closed off-slip is located at the roundabout by the village entrance.
Amey have also confirmed that work is weather dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled if conditions are not favourable.
