A major rescue operation brought Perth city centre to a standstill after the ground floor of a block of flats collapsed.
A 25-year-old woman plunged eight foot into the basement when the floor beneath her feet gave way.
Emergency services were scrambled to the Atholl Street property at 7.36am.
Five fire appliances from in and around the city, were joined by police crews and paramedics.
A trauma team also attended but was later stood down.
The injured woman was extricated from the basement, while three other people were helped out of the block, via the back door. It is understood she suffered broken bones, but was not seriously hurt.
The street remains closed off while council officers and fire chiefs investigate its stability.
Neighbouring buildings are also being assessed.
