Firefighters have tackled a blaze at a historic Perthshire country house.
The alarm was raised at the empty B-listed Rossie Priory, near Inchture, just before 2am.
No casualties have been reported.
At the height of the blaze there were three fire appliances at the scene.
A spokeswoman for the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service said: “We were alerted to a fire at Rossie Priory at Inchture at 1.49am.
“Three fire appliances from Macalpine Road in Dundee attended. Two remained at the scene until around 10.30am.”
The cause of the fire has not been confirmed.
Rossie Priory put up for sale
Rossie Priory, which has its own chapel and cricket ground, went on sale in August 2021.
No price was put on it at the time with selling agents Savills inviting offers from interested buyers.
It is not clear whether the site was ever sold.
Originally part of a much larger estate, Rossie Priory was built in 1807 by the seventh and eighth Barons of Kinnaird.
