There was a change in political make-up for the Kinross-shire ward.
After boundary changes, the number of councillors for the area jumped from three to four.
Independent Mike Barnacle was returned, alongside Callum Purves (Conservative), Willie Robertson (Lib Dem) and Richard Watters (SNP).
The ward’s Independent councillor Dave Cuthbert was not re-elected.
