Police are probing a blaze at a vacant building on a Perth industrial estate.
Emergency services were called to the former Norwich Union training facility, off Necessity Brae, just after 3pm on Friday.
Three fire crews used breathing apparatus and a hose reel jet to bring the blaze under control.
The team stayed on to dampen down and ventilate the site until 4.15pm.
Police believe the fire may have been started deliberately.
