Visitors turned out in record numbers to celebrate the return of Perth Beer Festival for its 10th year.
The weekend kicked off on Friday night in the Perth Beer Festival marquee with the sell-out Perth Comedy Night.
The stand-up show was headlined by Des Clarke and Perthshire’s Jim Smith.
On Saturday the Perth Beer Festival, sponsored by Tan International, attracted an unprecedented number of visitors.
They enjoyed live music in the marquee while, outside in the park, spectators were able to watch a rugby 7s tournament featuring men, women and veterans’ teams.
Guests also enjoyed family-friendly activities throughout.
The festival came to a close with another sell-out – the Big Bash finale party on Saturday night, featuring Glasgow band Circus.
However, the hard work of the volunteers continued into Sunday with the Perthshire Mini Festival of rugby on the North Inch, which attracted 950+ young people.
Allan Brown, organiser and chief executive of Perthshire Rugby, said: “I’d like to thank the many guests who bought tickets to our events, and purchased drinks and food, helping us fundraise to provide inclusive rugby in the heart of Perth.
“Our beer festival has gone from strength to strength, as visitors return time and again.”
