The people of Perth turned out in force at the weekend to support a popular annual community event.
The North Perth community gala was held at Seven Acres, Newhouse Road, Letham, on Saturday, attracting people from the various surrounding areas – Burghnmuir, Oakbank, Western Edge, Tulloch and Hillyland.
A celebration of the strong community spirit of the area, it has grown in popularity over the years.
The event enjoyed dry weather and the activities included face painting, crazy golf and an inflatable assault course for the more energetic.
Running from noon until 4pm, other diversions included the Letham Majorettes and local bands.
A falconry display also helped to keep the crowds entertained.
The gala was organised in conjunction with Letham Residents Association, Tulloch Community Group and Letham Football Club.
Seven Acres is home to Letham FC which has teams of all ages and the visitors had an opportunity to see the 3G pitch.
