The A9 was closed in both directions on Saturday following a multi-vehicle accident in Highland Perthshire.
A number of casualties were treated by paramedics at the scene, near to Pitlochry.
Fortunately none are thought to have sustained serious injury.
Three vehicles were involved in a collision at around 4.10pm.
Fire crews from Pitlochry and Dunkeld were called to assist by Police Scotland but did not find anyone trapped.
The road was closed for some hours.
