One person had to be cut free following a two vehicle accident on the A93 in Perthshire.
The crash took place at 4.20pm, one mile south of Guildtown, and left the driver of one car trapped.
Fire crews used cutting equipment to free them and they were then passed into the care of paramedics.
The casualty was transferred to Perth Royal Infirmary with what are thought to be minor injuries.
Passengers and the driver of the second vehicle were left shaken but otherwise escaped injury.
