A Perthshire road has been closed due to concerns over a dangerous tree.
Police Scotland confirmed the A822 had been closed at Trochry to allow a tree surgeon to make the route safe.
Concerns were first raised at around midday when motorists reported that overhanging branches could fall into the road, between Dunkeld and Aberfeldy.
It was briefly closed and then reopened but was closed once, at around 3.40pm, Â to allow limbs to be cut by a specialist.
Police Scotland said the road was likely to be blocked for around two hours.
