Police were out in force on Thursday morning as they carried out a drugs raid at a Perth flat.
The incident took place around 11am at a property in Viewfield Place, off Crieff Road.
A by-stander said there were four police vehicles at one point, with an ambulance from the national risk and resilience department on standby.
A police spokesperson said: “Police Scotland can confirm that a drugs search warrant has been executed at Viewfield Place, Perth. Other emergency services were in attendance as a precaution but there was no wider threat to the public.”
She added that no arrests were made as a result of the drugs raid.
