Police Scotland want to speak to a 4×4 driver who may have witnessed a fatal accident in Perth.
Officers believe the occupant of a light coloured Land Rover Discovery – which was travelling northwards on Dunkeld Road, near to St Catherines Road, at about 8.25am on Wednesday – may have seen the events prior to the crash.
Emergency crews were called out to Dunkeld Road five minutes later following a two-vehicle collision between a motorcycle and a skip lorry.
The incident involved a white Kawasaki and a lorry owned by the Binn Group.
Popular Daniel Piaszczynski, the motorcyclist, died as a result of the accident.
Friends and colleagues have paid tribute to him as a “gentle giant”.
