The A9 has been blocked following a two-car crash near Blair Atholl.
Emergency services were called to Dalnaspidal shortly before 1pm on Monday.
Fire crews cut one person from a vehicle and it’s understood that the air ambulance is also in attendance.

A spokesman for the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service said: “We were called to an RTC on the A9 at at Dalnaspidal. The request came from the ambulance service at 1pm.
“Two vehicles are involved and there are two casualties. We have cut one from a car and remain onsite along with police and ambulance.”
A spokesman for Police Scotland said: “We, along with other emergency services, are currently in attendance at a two car road traffic collision on the A9 south of Dalwhinnie.
“Two persons are injured, one seriously. The road is currently blocked in both directions and will remain so for some time.”
