A motorcyclist has died after an accident in Perthshire.
The crash, which also involved a car, happened on the A923 between Coupar Angus and Blairgowrie at around 5.25pm on Thursday.
A Police Scotland spokesman said a 32-year-old man had died. His next of kin are aware but a formal identification has not taken place.
The spokesman added: “Officers would like to hear from anyone who saw a green Kawaski motorcycle prior to the collision on the A823. Anyone who may have witnessed the collision is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101.”
A spokesperson from the Scottish Ambulance Service said: “We received a call at 5.28pm on Thursday April 5 to attend a road traffic collision on the A823.
“We dispatched two ambulances and a paramedic response unit to the scene.”
