A 40-year-old male motorcyclist was airlifted to Ninewells Hospital in Dundee after coming off his bike near Comrie.
The incident happened on the A85 between St Fillans and Comrie around 2pm on Sunday.
Emergency services and an air ambulance were called to the scene and the man was conveyed to Ninewells Hospital by helicopter.
A spokesman for Police Scotland’s Tayside Division said the man’s injuries were not thought to be life threatening.
The road between St Fillans and Comrie was closed while emergency service dealt with the incident.
Shortly before the incident, emergency services were called to an at Crieff when a car collided with railings on Muthill Road.
The incident occurred at 1.50pm. The elderly driver of the vehicle was not injured.
