Police are appealing for information following the theft of £3,000 worth of power tools and equipment from a Perthshire estate.
Thieves stole a total of 14 such items from a unit at The Old Dairy, Meikleour, between 5pm on Friday and 8am on Monday.
A police spokesperson said: “One of the units on the estate was broken into, and a large number of power tools and equipment were stolen. These included a Clark power washer, Stihl saw and chainsaw, a Husqvarna chainsaw, Makita hammer drill, Paslode nail gun and Dewalt mitre saw.
“In total, 14 items of this kind were taken, worth almost £3,000. The persons responsible most likely used a car or small van to take the stolen goods away from the scene.”
