Police are appealing for information to help trace a convicted prisoner who has absconded from the open prison at Castle Huntly.
Neil McInally, 33, has been reported missing from an address in the east end of Glasgow, after having been on home leave from the Carse of Gowrie open prison.
Members of the public have been warned not to approach McInally if they see him.
He was reported missing to Police Scotland at 8.15am on Friday.
It is believed that he has connections to the east end of Glasgow.
He is described as being white, six foot, one inch tall and of average build with short dark hair.
A police spokesperson said: “If seen, members of the public should not approach him and should contact police on 101 or dial 999.”
