Drivers are being warned to avoid a key road in Perth following a crash involving a cyclist.
Main Street in Bridgend is closed and police have asked the public to avoid the road, which is due to be closed for a “significant period of time”.
Traffic is gridlocked in all surrounding streets following the accident, which was reported at 11.50am.
A statement from Tayside Police said: “Police Scotland are currently dealing with a serious road traffic collision that has occurred in Main Street, Perth.
“The public are asked to avoid the area as the road will remain closed for a significant period of time.”
