Fife rockers The Skids have launched the 2018 Rewind Festival at Scone Palace.
The Dunfermline band, fronted by Richard Jobson, opened the main stage on Saturday afternoon.
Around 20,000 revellers are expected to flock to the Perthshire showground over the weekend.
Day one will be headlined by OMD. It will be there third attempt to play the festival after a cancellation in 2013 and a scaled down, three-man set a few years later.
Also on Saturday’s bill is Cuddly Toy singer Roachford – whose career was given a boost by Alan Partridge – Peter Hook and the Light, Howard Jones and original Weather Girl Martha Wash.
Odyssey, Tiffany, Roland Gift and the Gipsy Kings are also set to perform.
Sunday’s line-up features Hue and Cry, ska heroes The Selecter, the Boomtown Rats and UB40.
Status Quo will bring the day to a close, following sets by Heaven 17, Imagination and A Flock of Seagulls.
There will also be music from Midge Ure, Bonnie Tyle and Wendy James of Transvision Vamp.
