Audiences at Pitlochry Festival Theatre will be transported to Chicago, Rydell High School and the Land of Oz over the coming months.
The Perthshire theatre has unveiled a feast of critically acclaimed shows as part of its autumn, winter and spring 2019 programme.
Highlights will include an extended run for the hit musical Chicago, a sing-a-long Grease production and concerts by Skipinnish and Deacon Blue front man Ricky Ross.
Another treat will be the Christmas show, The Wizard of Oz, which is whirling into town from November 23 to December 23.
Chicago has run up record-breaking audience numbers over its summer season, making it the best-selling show in the theatre’s 67-year history, and another eight performances have been added, taking it to October 20.
It will be followed by the Glasgow Citizens Theatre production of The Macbeths, which is arriving in Pitlochry for one night only on October 25.
The month will close with traditional Scottish band Skipinnish performing for two nights.

Music fans will be treated to Magical Mozart By Candlelight, showcasing the best works of one of the world’s most famous romantic composers, on November 2 and Ricky Ross, who will perform on November 3.
In the new year, the Banff Mountain Film Festival will return with two different screenings of exhilarating extreme sports viewing on February 2.
The Winter Words Festival will help kick-off Scotland’s year of literacy from February 14 to 17.
The spring programme is also packed with delights for retro music lovers.
Local Abba fans can join in on the Thank You For The Music tribute night on March 9.
It will be followed by another tribute act, this time to Take That, on March 22, while Sing-A-Long-Grease will arrive on March 29.
There will also be a host of events for children to look forward, to including Toddler and Baby Dance days every Thursday from January.
