Several Perthshire roads have been blocked by fallen trees.
The A823, south of the Loaninghead junction, was closed off just before 12.30pm on Wednesday.
At 1pm, Perth and Kinross Council confirmed that downed trees caused restrictions on five other routes.
By 3pm, the A823 at Loaninghead, A822 Crieff to Muthill, A827 Logierait to A9, A984 Meiklour to B947, the C503 East Haugh Road, near Pitlochry and the C423 Aberbothrie at Barmundy Farm were all still blocked and likely to be closed “for the foreseeable future”.
A fallen tree which had brought traffic to a standstill on Dunkeld Road, near the Stagecoach office, was cleared. The council said the route was “passable with care”.

The B867 at Waterloo, C458 at Machany and U197 Dalchonzie have now re-opened.
The trees were brought down during a morning of high winds, downpours and lightning, as Storm Ali takes its toll on the area.
