One person had to be cut free from a car after a crash on one of Perthshire’s busiest roads.
Two cars collided on the A85 at Almondbank on Wednesday afternoon, closing the road between Perth and Methven for almost two hours.
One person had to be cut free but police said there were no life-threatening injuries.
A spokesman said: “A two-car accident was reported to us at 3pm.
“There were no life-threatening injuries but one casualty had to be cut from their vehicle by members of the fire service.”
It is not currently known if the casualty is male or female.
The road has been partially reopened and traffic is moving slowly.
