A male has died after a “suspicious” blaze in a Perth flat on Sunday evening.
Firefighters were called to a ground floor property in St Catherine’s Square shortly before 10pm.
Two appliances attended with firefighters using breathing apparatus, a hose reel jet and one main jet.
A male was removed from the property and received medical attention from an ambulance crew at the scene. Sadly, he later died.
Police say they are treating the blaze as suspicious.
